Lessons are weekly standing appointments.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

One make-up lesson per month is offered (if the teacher’s schedule allows).

Make-ups must be completed within the same billing month.

Teacher-cancelled lessons will always be made up.

Lessons run September–June (school session) with three terms: Fall, Winter, Spring.

Summer session (July–August) runs on flexible scheduling.

No lessons are held on statutory holidays or listed studio closure dates (see calendar page).

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month (or at the start of the chosen billing cycle).

Lessons start at $30 (30 minutes).

Annual $20 Studio Materials Fee applies per student.

Accepted payment methods: e-transfer or cash.

Same-week reschedules (if a spot is available) do not count toward the monthly make-up.

Frequent rescheduling is not permitted.

Missed lessons without notice are forfeited.

Arrive 5 minutes before the lesson to ensure lessons begin on time.

Late arrivals cannot extend past the scheduled time.

Parents are welcome to quietly observe if desired.

Lessons are held in a home studio with pets; the large dog does not access the studio area.

All cancellations and changes must be sent by email or text.

Families receive a Google Calendar invite for each lesson time (this serves as the official schedule and includes Meet links for online lessons).
